Could be the ballast, lamp, or starter but personally I think it's either the ballast or the starter. Have you checked anything RE my PM yesterday?

I have no idea if it would work but Authentiques (and Extremes etc) have no front fog position, so surely this would bypass the front fog wiring on a 1*2?

Fit an Authentique's fog stalk ;)

You sure the two tags are still there at the front of the gaitor? Just replaced my mums tonight.

How about a mod that stops the rear wiper "dry wiping" when you select reverse? :)

Immobiliser fault, possibly the decoder ring on the ignition barrel. Have you tried the spare key just to make sure?

Oh and for reference when I bought the kit from Renault it was about £130! :eek: But it included the fogs aswell which you obviously don't need!

Yes you could add another switch if you wanted to, halfords sell kits I believe which should contain the relays etc that you'd need. Don't wire it to the rear fogs, you'll regret it!

Then it doesn't have front fogs as standard. Someone has added the fogs and has probably wired them up to come on with the headlights to look 'cool' :) You will need to find where they have joined the existing wiring and disconnect them.

Wires under passenger seat are loose, wiggle them it'll go off :)
