i used dynamat extreme in my clio and it was expensive it was very good only needed 1 layer tops for my mild-ish install

they are a fairly decent 6x9's but 6x9's at the end of the day you would definatly need to run them off an amp as a head unit will only output 25wRMS tops

yeah if you only have one crossover then it's either get another one or use stock

the stock tweeter has the cross over built in you stick a tweeter on the connection coming in without a hpf will kill it

a ktp-445u should work with the standard head unit and then you could keep it and then upgrade the speakers

a drop test is the only real way to find out if it's duff as you can still get full voltage on a duff battery

looking at the mega fuses i'd go with that too tbh

i'd go for an anl fuse holder used in car audio and something like a 150A fuse some thing like this

the lens directs the light to the rear as it comes at all directions from a filament lamp with an led the lens isn't really required as the light is directed by the led itself i'd like to see a side by side day time shot (1 filament and 1 LED)

a 5w led is going to be bright i don't have a problem seeing DRL's in daylight

yeah exactly that. if it's fine like that it's a hu problem if not it's an amp problem.

the alpine power pack is epic for it's size volume on 20 and it downs out my milltek with ease on standard speakers i used to have a iva-w520r but didn't like the sticky out lip and limited depth adjustment

the connections on your amp arn't great tbh cable looks to big for the connections i've never run rca and power down oppersite sides and never had a problem (i stuggle to see how it would cause problems) you could try and external input into the amp see if it still happens

this is what i've got in the polo with the 2 usb ports routed into the glove box also linked to a ktp-445

just switch the air con on?
