bad earth you will need to test it
i took my amp out before and stuck it back in exactly the same but was getting a low voltage indicator on the amp
turned out to be the earth;)
i've had mine for over a week now
still sort of getting used to it and the extra speed is nice (over an overclocked sensation)
loving the screen
was all going good until i dropped it earlier:(
sealed sub? if so i'd highly recommend you don't fit 6x9s as there is going to be a good chance of you breaking them
and it's not being an anal audio guru, you wouldn't go to see a band and stand with your back to them unless your a full bore numpty
i've never had a problem with interference in any car i've installed audio in and i've always run rca and power down the same side (ive even had the remote as part of the rca lead)
if you get interference it's 99% down to bad earth somewhere
bit like my alpine double din make/recieve calls, bluetooth music, 2 rear usb ports, cd/dvd player with divx and mp3 playback all on a nice 7inch screen
just a little bit more than the parrot lol
i've got an alpine ics-x8 in my polo
doesn't look that far from a standard looking screen but i'd say not quite as nice as that pioneer but does have a bigger screen
yeah it's an nVidia card as they are more compatable with ubuntu.
i've only tried to do it through the hardware drivers in ubuntu
i'll try the drivers from the nVidia site so if they work
i'm having problems with the graphics drivers on my nas box running ubuntu
will only boot to a useable screen if i run open source drivers which are not that good :dapprove:
if you got a multimeter that will measure current (over 10A ideally most do) you can find out if its your earth
put it in current mode (highest setting) and change the leads to current. turn head unit on with volume on 2-4 then stick one probe on the earth terminal on the amp and stick the...
i mean i don't need light weight crap looking apps with a infinite supply of power and a decent cpu like you would on a tablet/phone.
yeah i had outlook express in vista and what do i get with this s**t?
yeah on a tablet i think win 8 would work well but when you got a cpu that can do decent number crunching it's crap
the e-mail app looks like it was designed in ms paint on a win 98 machine
i'm still on the side that my dell laptop was better with vista than it is with 8 (non responsive and hangs + bluetooth no longer works)
i'm going to try that classic shell see if it gets any better
word on the street is that hp will be releasing a new microserver (n54L)in the next month or two so the old model (n40L) my be flogged off cheap
i got one last year for £104 quid (after cash back) and will take 4 HDDs will need a bit of programming (not too involved) but will do whatever you want
