Is there any way to set it so it deletes the original file after converting it to AAC?
I'd love for it to simply convert the file to aac, dump it on the ipod, then delete the aac file because I'd like to keep my mp3's. I haven't got enough room (or any desire whatsoever) to keep 2 copies of...
My soldering skills aren't exactly award winning, I'll take it in somewhere and get them to have a butchers.
Cheers for the replies fellas, I thought as much but just wanted to make sure it was something elementary I'd forgotten.
I've got a Pioneer AVH-P6600DVD, it all seems to work fine, got it running 2 amps for front speakers and sub and it plays music sounds great etc however there's a bit of a problem when it comes to the radio.
The radio appears to tune in, it finds the station name and frequency, but it doesn't...
Rear doors, does it have to have rear seats to go through an MOT?
Reason for asking is I've just bought a 4 door motor, but I'm planning to strip it out and bin the interior as frankly it's rubbish so I'd simply rather not have it.
Cheers,
Rob.
It wasn't so much getting it on to the ramp, I didn't explain very well. Once the car was half way onto the ramp, there was like 2 sections of metal running between the 2 halves of the ramp that apparantly they jack the car up on while it's on the ramp to check the steering components, and it...
Car went in for it's MOT the other day, all well and good.. except for the car never actually had the MOT 'cos it was too low to get on the ramps. Gutted tbh, since I worked quite hard getting it to a state where it might actually pass an MOT.
Apparantly the guy told my dad (I was at work at...
Well the only thing I can think of in that case is the grounding of the handbrake cable, the installation manual is on the Pioneer website if you want to check the colour of the cable. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck fella.
Right, so just to confirm this, this might sound a bit stupid but have you tried selecting the play movie icon on the actual dvd menu rather just pressing play on the remote?
Well there's still a chance that it could be that regardless.
So the dvd menu loads up fine so the dvd clearly works, but then when you select play movie or whatever it just stacks and dies?
Has he by chance got a manual for the dvd player? In my experience the wire is usually green but that might not be the case, it just needs to be hooked up to the ground just Scotch-lock onto it.
Perhaps something to do with the handbrake cable thing that stops it from displaying a moving image when the car is moving? It needs to be connected to the ground wire.
I haven't got any recent pics of it I'm afraid. I'll just have to chance it, it's more effort than it's worth changing the exhaust over imo. Arch liners will be coming out so hopefully she'll go through - she's no death trap but she aint pretty!
It's too late for her I think.
I just can't decide whether or not to fork out the £5/600 it'd probably cost to get her looking tip top or leave her ratty cos I do quite enjoy people looking at my car and thinking what the actual f**k is that.
But then I might enjoy people looking at and...
Right I'll be taking the arch liners out and putting the steels on then.
I'll guess I'll just have to pray the exhaust goes through 'cos I simply cba to change it again.
Thanks for the info Fred.
I've got to get an MOT at some point soon, will my car fail for:
Loose arch liners;
No arch liners;
Slightly buckled wheel on the back;
Generally looking ratty various coloured panels;
Indicators set in baseof mirrors;
Single wiper kit;
Extremely low suspension at the front but not so...
Even lower and wider now, got 172 wings and bumper on the front and FK coils and 25mm spacers on the back so it's down and out a bit more :)
If you're talking about mine player it's about 75mm down I reckon. Got so much more to go as well.
