    Intercooler advice

Yeah but no but, my mate down the road has got one on his golf..... And that's a diesel! Flop To the op, your car needs to be turbo'd or supercharged for an intercooler to be used. You could fit it to a normally aspirated car but it won't do anything other than add weight

    Scorpian 182 vs Scorpian 192

Both systems use all 3 exhaust mounts, you can see the mounting points in the pictures. The twin silencer RS192 system is very quiet and subtle even with de cat as said but is still a lot lighter than the original

Grrr everytime i clean i find something! Spray painters opinions needed?

A decent place will not have any trouble blending it in. The fist time I had bits done I rejected it, poor prep led to a poor colour so was very pale. They had another guy in the firm do the prep and paint and came out perfect. I later on had the front end re sprayed and again came out perfect...

    I bought a DAS 6 kit :)

Why would the colour make any difference? The condition of the paint does. What condition is it in? Is hazard a guess at fairly swirled to ask a question like that, no offence but I would assume your knowledge of detailing to be fairly limited

    I bought a DAS 6 kit :)

Sounds like a little too much compound on the pad, but then you mention doing half a panel, you need to be working an area approx 1' square. Prime the pad a little first, then a couple of pea size blobs per 1' section.

Snow foam lance worth the money

Have a look for the detailing world thread of citrus power used and just power hosed off, its been linked before but ill find it again. As good as if not better results than using a snow foam. I only ever use snow foam now when I'm in the rinsing stages of de contaikination. As part of a...

Cleaning glass I keep getting streaks >.<

Have you ever clayed your glass? It's surprising how much rubbish is on them even after several bits with a glass cleaner, as JD explained. A glass polish will also help to remove a lot if dirt. If you want to re use the glass cleaner again get a decent cloth, the waffle weave ones like the...

    What products

Too many of these threads popping up of late, and no one really looking at the guides is a little disappointing. Seems the only people that really appreciate them and understand them is those that are already in the know. Sold that care yet? Might get round to doing the C5 application thread...

    What products

This nice weather we're having has got everyone thinking the same, and many threads have been started asking the same. For now stick with what you've got but maybe add a tar remover before using your clay bar. Then once finished with SRP use autoglym HD wax to seal in your hard work. You can get...

g techniq c4 permanent trim restorer

As said the smallest bottle, think its 15ml, will be more than enough. And no its the not an easy product to use. If the prep isn't perfect there is little point in applying it. If the plastic isn't completely clean, requiring a wipe down with IPA, it won't bond properly. Maybe have a look at...

Stick to a pre spray with something like autofinesse citrus power, works a lot better IMO. Have been trying it diluted 1:1 with water and is still working fairly well

    What have you ordered? *Detailing*

You can if you want, but it's not likely to bond to a wax very well I would of thought, and depending on the product used, it may also clean or strip whatever you put it over. but then if you don't seal in your glaze what's going to stop it from being washed away. It's always best to start from...

    Which Das-6 Pro Bundle?

IMO go for the standard DA over the Pro version. Unless you're going to be corrected a lot of cars I can't see the price justification myself. Have a look for chemical guys hexlogic pads, You'd probably do ok starting with a black, white and green pads. Have you done anything with your car...
