    What have you ordered? *Detailing*

I had to try C1 as soon as I got it so it's on the back of the Focus and plan to do the same to the Golf as they're both awful for keeping clean. Worse than the Clio design. The sheeting was fantastic, it's almost self rinsing as you wash I'm very pleased with it's performance. Trouble is I've...

    An excellent sealant is....?

The finish is said to get glossier with additional layers but I've only really used it with silvers, but it's just so easy to to use adding layers and durability work out great. On silver's I could see a difference Get another couple of coats on there and see what you think. Maybe try it...

    Removing proper dirt/crud/tar/concrete?

A heavy duty all purpose cleaner or traffic film remover applied through a pressure washer and left to dwell without drying would be a good start. Have a look for megs apc or G101 as they are favoured I believe Wash down with a strong dilution wash mix then start with the tardis and iron x...

    Dodo Juice shampoo and wax

Dodo juice basics of bling shampoo and microfibre sponge, lather shampoo is better if you're in a hard water area. At tripple topped with tough coat and you're onto a winner. So simple and easy to use its soon going to be widely known as the beginners 'go to' products as are AG SRP and EGP.

Zymol Carbon Vs. Zymol Titanium test

GTechniq G1 on the windscreen since November last year. Occasionally gets a wipe over with a glass cleaner to keep it fresh. I'm very pleased with it. Although I let a friend try out G1 on my windscreen and it's pretty poor. All comes down to application with GT products unfortunately. Get it...

    newbie question alert!

1st wash - Saturday 12th May - 1 week since application Car had its usual week of commuting and muddy stable trips. White marks over black trim

first off you need to identify what and where these marks are coming from, my guess is some kind of polish from the paint getting onto the plastics? covering it up and not removing it is a waste of time, as it will always show through after a good wash. use a proper all purpose cleaner or...

Take care when using da polishers !

What pad were you using on the polisher? I've seen plenty of people using the halfords cheap orbital polishers with wool type pads for removing polish residue. far too many BWAB's lately

Why did I stop using SRP??

There is nothing wrong with SRP as such, just other products are far superior IMO. It did nothing badly as I remember when I played with it by DA, just others were easier to use and gave better results
