I wouldn't recommend it but you can give it a go, tough coat does.contain a little carnuba I believe so may work. It is always best to use a sealant then top with a wax if you want to use both, but most will use one or the other. AF waxes sit well and look good over tough coat. The problems come...
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with the AF gear. I've got rid of most of my other stuff and kept with autofinesse and gtechniq, although only recently got hold of zymol but I could still easily sell more
think your self lucky that is all you have so far!
I've promised myself not to buy any new product until I NEED or have run out of the same type of product. it's a terrible hobby to get caught up in
sent off some samples pots of AF waxes today weighing a pathetic 30 odd grams and postage came to £3.15 tracked! once I've got the jars and more packets to send them off I don't expect there to be much change from £5 to cover costs for such a small little sample. didn't realise postage costs had...
As said as long as it covers postage and packaging I'm not looking for any profit. I've used what I want of the he wax, 476s I don't use anymore really so as long as it covers cost ill send them out
With correction colour means nothing. You have to determine the hardest of the paint and that comes down to manufacturer, has it been resprayed, is it solid or clear coat
What wax or sealant are you using? Lime prime is very good but some would say zit is a little too oily for some costly...
This is topic has been covered quite a bit of late

My advice would be to buy a kestrel das 6, a pre wax cleanser and a glaze, get the idea of using the machine whilst getting a nice finish then move onto...

I'm thinking the above should be suitable. Might get two maybe three samples of HD wax
Would anyone want any collinites 476s samples? I have 75% of a tin left and only occasionally use it on wheels, my bike...
test car is the bonnet and front wings of my silver Golf that does on average 300miles per week. As the previous test, no pre sprays or QD top ups.
Car was prepared with Tardis, IronX, clayed then Rejuvenate via rotary polisher. Soul wax to the left side of the car, Passion to the right (as you...
G3 or 5 now works well for 6months or so, G1 has been on the wifes Focus for 6months + now and still working great. Have a look at the pictures of G1 in my Zymol wax comparison threadfor the windscreen.
Never used any carlack products so can't comment on that
^ really? Maybe they have taken note.
My last couple of orders I asked for next day delivery and ordered by 10am. 1st order didn't get an order confirmation for 2 days then was posted next day, kind of defeated the object. Next time I called and checked and they said best to make order...
I had two but used most of it before I bought a full pot. Used quite a bit of the passion sample, that was quite nice to use also.
If I don't use up all my passion and soul samples ill stick them up also
I still have an unused sample pot of autofinesse spirit that the guys at AF were kind enough to let me have. The pot is approx 33mm dia and 20mm deep of wax. Free plus p&p costs.
I've got a picture but photobucket is giving me grief at the moment so will try it again later on
