Will the F7R DA693 Megane 2.0L coupe engine fit in a 1993 1.8 16v? If so what else would be needed? Gearbox, ecu etc.... Is it a straight swap or is there more work involved? Cheers Tony

Apparently these have the same engine as a megane, and a megane has more or less the same engine as a williams. So are we talkin a 150bhp mpv?

Is anyone on here one of these or any one know a decent one who will give me a bit of advice? We must have one out there somewhere?

Anyone got any ideas how much it would cost to change these? Think mine may have gone, garage cant be sure tho, so they are talkin bout stripping it down to find out. Any help appreciated. Tony

Its that time of year again, we all dread it. But when the letter comes through the door and the figure on it is sub £500 it make it alot easier. Insurance isnt that bad after all.:D

Anyone got any ideas why my car wants to over heat all the time? If i leave it standing for 10mins or so it will start to over heat. Ive got a lower rating thermostat on it but the prob is still there. Any ideas what may be causing it? Thanx in advance Tony

Arnt the Mondeo ST24s meant to be fast? I compleatly destroyed one!!! Was just pushing it along in all gears. My mate laughed at me when i said he would pay for over taking me and cutting me up. I didnt think i would keep up let alone gain on him. Oh well it is a ford!

My phase one 16v struggls to go into second gear sometimes. Does anyone else have this prob? It really does need forcing at times. It would prob be my dog bone engine mout that needs replacing wouldnt it? Tony
