i checked the manual the the center bit if badly described donoted the max & min levels of the fluid, but like i say i reduced mine to nearer the max as it was overfull sopposedly and it sounds worse, ill fill her up to the top of the groves tonight and see what happens

my williams 3 takes nearly 6ltrs of oil on a change. early ones take less. My early 16v took about 4ltrs! make sure there is enogh or you might end up driving it low, Renaul should be able to supply the oil cheap then what you can buy it, plus if its fancy oil the fitter will keep it for himself...

it can be welded insitu, i had mine done before and it broke the weld going over a big bump so would certainly break on impact. its would take 30 second and 30ps worth of gas to weld it.
