I know a lot of people recommend using a screwdriver to remove the wheel insert, but how easy is it to then put the new one back on? Surely all the force required to remove the old one will mean the new one won't go in easy enough?
And on a side note, am I right in thinking other interior...
182, with RS192 exhaust system. I don't want to go De-cat because whether it is or isn't illegal is a debate, I just cant be bothered with the hassle. I would much prefer a sports cat. My standard cat is flopping underneath the car and is prettty annoying. Wondering whether or not a sports cat...
Right. I've got my 182 and a focus estate 1.6. This is for work. Now I insured my 182 through admiral and they told me I'd be best with a multi car and I went through the motions and that's what I have and im happy with the price!
I had 1 years NCB going to admiral so I shifted that onto my...
Any thoughts on fitting a whiteline anti roll bar to the 182 for the road? What will it add? What more will it give in terms of handling and road holding?
Tapatalk is new unusable. Entirely imossible. Ruined. Shite. Impossible. How the feck does it work? Why is something so easy so complicated and why is everything made impossibly hard when it was perfect to start with?
Didn't really know where else to put this, but if I order through them on their legal side, do the plates come stamped with the BSAU mark only, like don't have any text saying fancy plates or loads of crap as I want a clean look, Ta.
What spacers do I need to get the wheels near the arches on standard 182 full fat wheels and cooksport springs? The car is a full fat so on cup dampers too.
Want zero scrubbing or scraping, prepared to pay for decent quality parts. What do I need?
Right, I don't know where to post this but think it fits the bill here.
I went to the show this year, and it was great, but. The show is for classic and FUTURE classic cars. I thus expected to see a 182 trophy, maybe a 172 cup? Maybe a megane r26? Maybe even a GT5 Turbo, and 100% a Clio V6...
100,000 miles, tacky exterior and knackered exhaust mounts.
Oh but it is running 200 bhp! I doubt :/ haha! Has an induction kit though XD

Right, want to get some decent main beam bulbs into the car ad the Xenons are excellent but the main beam not so much.
Tried to get the old bulb out and got as far as twisting it and releasing the bulb from the car's lights but it's still attached to the bulb holder. How the hell do you get the...
Right got the factory fitted recaros in my 182 and have seen some with harnesses which look awesome!
The car probably won't ever see a track but I still love the look of the harnesses on the seats, especially yellow ones! So question is, without caging the car or doing anything weird to the...
I've found I can get autofinesse desire or spirit pretty cheap. Whats the real difference between them? Would I notice a difference over my nattys blue?
Right. I've recently clayed the car and iron x'd and fully decontaminated etc and removed remnants of waxes and polishes etc in the process I expect.
Theres a few swirl marks now of which I recently whacked some black hole over and all looks wonderful. That was just a quick do but I've got a...
Clio 182. Due for belts in march, aux belt been done already. Slight whistling noise from the engine bay. Not really that noticeable but I'm well sad with the car and pick up any small changes. It's so quiet its unreal and think dephaser sounds fine so don't have a clue! Don't think it's...
Right I have the Trendlines in my clio and can't workout why the bit at the end of the actual sitting part like slides forwards? What does that actually do? Haha.
Right. How hard is it to map the car with the Fastchip tuner. I know i know there's a million threads but what's to go wrong and can I screw anything up? Really love the car and Dont want to hurt it haha :( is it really worth it? And is it less hassle and more out of the box compatible to buy a...
Really daft question but using a 5.5 inch pad and have a tub of natty blue paste wax. How the hell do you get the wax on the pad? The best way? I can imagine you could simply use a spoon or something to get it out but obviously this would give a massively thick and uneven and poor coat? Thanks...
My dad's got a vitara fat boy and wants to get the roof nice and clean as it's a 'softop' looks like vinyl but ill attach an image for reference. Can you tell me what to use on it and how to get it clean, thanks.
I know the main difference between the DAS 6 and Das 6 PRO is the power etc. Im looking on clean your car anyway. There seems to be a big difference in price between them and im looking at getting a kit inclusive of the machine and products + pads. The autofinesse kit looks good but they also...
Right this has obviously been covered but today's the first of October meaning no obligation to show the tax disc anymore! So, with the cliosport tax disc holder being such an 'iconic' thing and way of telling an coming car you're in the forum, will you be leaving it in or taking it out? Maybe...
Right haha. Really like cleaning the car and to be fair it's pretty good. Theres a few marks and the odd swirl, and i think next year i shall be investing in a DAS 6 pro or a Rupes but i dont think it's necessary yet. Now i already have the snowfoam and stuff and 2 bucket wash etc. I have also...
