sounds like its the idle valve needs to be refitted to your new pipe or could fit a small breather filter to it.
have a search on here for k4m engine as its the same engine can see how its done on them.

no wont effect the lambda reading. sometimes works with CO if the cats not up to temp (cheap after market cats are the worst) . if the emission test is done correctly then by the time they carry out a full cat test after doing a BET test the cat will be hot enough.

thought the 1.2,1.4 and 1.6 clios all use the same suspension,brakes,subframe,driveshafts,gearbox and exhaust where as the 2.0l uses different so fitting a 1.6 would be easier and cheaper than fitting a 2.0l.

on my last car running a 2nd hand throttle boddie kit i had problems with the injectors 2 flowed really good and 2 flowed really crap had them ultranonicly cleaned and was able to map it gained an extra 35bhp (also stopped it burning out the head gasket).

like beasley said holding the spring when spinning the wheels to feel the ruffness works very well if you cant hear it whilst driving it.

175nm for the rear hub nut.
100nm for carrier to hub
40nm for caliper to carrier
105nm for the road wheels.
