Not sure about the dash but as for the light it sounds like the rear pins in the light cluster have corroded. Take the rear clusters out and inspect the electrical connections, its fairly common for moisture to get in there and cause problems.

Either will do really if you take it renault they would probably put 10w40 in it but for that little bit extra protection in the cold Id put 5w40 fully synthetic in it.

The door cards wont fit, the seats will prob bolt onto your subframes though.

Does your car make a knocking noise at the rear, more so on bumpy corners? Id get the cambelt done asap as your car will be 6 years old. If £550 includes the cambelt, accesory belt and all the rollers then its a good price for Renault.

The seller was probably right about the airbag light a little play under the seats cures this, make sure its got a service history and a cambelt change around 60-72k. Its normal for the idle to be lumpy but mine doesnt idle that low.

Its flame red, I think only the V6's had mars. Its a odd colour as it looks really different when the sun shines on it.
