Yeh, it is a lovely unit with durrbrown components iirc. Dont let it put you off. Imo it improves it even more. But then I was never one for lots of info on screen and dancing pics and things!
Hmm, see I can understand that with +£400 units. However I compete, as do a lot of my friends, and I also know people in the industry. General concensus tends to lean toward Pioneer for SQ. Esp with the p77. You honestly cant match that kind of quality easily. Its all to do with the internal...
Give me until tomorrow. Can take one then. Its not a big silver/flasginh lights beast like some others. Its sophisticated and well made. you can see that with the little touches like thin rubber around the dials and soft white lighting. The brushed aluminium finish makes it seem very expensive...
pioneer p77 - full stop. No other headunit apart from the p90 or p9 adds so much class. In addition to that the Sound Quality it offers is unrivalled by any other h/u in tat price range until you get to about 450+
Not bad. Was going to install mine. Sadly I'm too much of an audiophile now to even consider mp3's in my car - lol. Tis a useful idea though, very handy for long trips
Well then I have to disagree wont I? It happens to look pretty damn good on my car. Idk what you mean by pony models and luckily I dont care. There are sadly some people out there who are 'engine size' snobs and what not. Which is fair enough in private but I dont think its really very fair to...
I'm pretty sure thats almost impossible ;)
All extremes are technically 1149cc - though we all say 1.2 16v - as thats what its classed as by renault :)
Was it on here someone asked what the max driving mpg you could get out of Clios? It was about 50mpg tops
45MGP + on mine. with no engine modifcations. Not a particularly economic driver either. One fill up costs me ~£30 and lasts for about 3 weeks these days.
Just to summarise. The front bumpers are the same. Neither can have splitters too. The only difference occurs with Cups or Cup Packs where the cup splitter is on the bottom of the bumper (and this can be with 172 or 182)
The rear bumpers ARE different. With the 182 having two cutaways to...
I paid about £95 for mine - so, yeah £100 is very reasonable. I bought mine mostly because I wanted to try out styling it with some chrome around the outer edge of the grille. Whilst most people on here probably dont like that sort of thing (and, tbh, I'm not a big 'mod' fan) I have to say it...
Getting rid of my old wheel too!

Probably need to send a Rear bumper from an extreme (mk2 ph2).
Anyone know how much this will cost, with whom I can send it, and how it'll need to be packaged?
Cheers
RE: wiring in the seats.
ph2 to ph2 seats will connect straight up. The problem arises when you put ph2 seats into a ph1 car - or vise versa. The connectors are different as are the coloured wires
Hi
got the mk2 ph2. Now I know rattling is a problem on some sports - but didnt know it could affect the lower spec models too.
Basically, and this was same last winter. tends to only be in the cold. Anyway, When I start up, the car will nearly stall as the revs drop and rise for a while...
Well jsut think that you're lucky you learnt how easy Clio's backsides slip out in a fairly light way!
My boyfriend discovered this tendency on a coastroad, the rolled the car over eight times down a hill and onto the roof. and that was my car.
I often wonder why this tendency hasnt been...
Unfortunately they have a habit of this. The dealer manager of my local told me to get lost and that I was 'thick as sh1t' and a 'stpuid little girl' when I demanded a refund for parts they had told me that a)I could refund and b) would fit onto my car
Neither of the above were true and...
