Anyone know what the differences are?? think they are 280mm disc? but are the calipers the same? if they are is it the carriers which are different?? or is it the hubs?? what would I need to fit the 172 brakes onto my mk1 16v? cheers Tony.

What about the rain catcher for the bonnet vent? will the lower model ones clear it??

My battery is mounted in the back, I just got a battery box from demon tweaks, and bolted that in.. Should be OK as long as it secured well, you don't want it moving under braking. cheers Tony.

think it will be easier to do with the column off. no need to strip the dash, just the plastic around the column, two nuts, two bolts and nut+bolt that attaches to steering rack..

think its the steering column that can be welded.

demon tweeks sell them 865+vat, but you should be able to get discount on that price.

I'm after a front strut brace for my clio, but its had one in before... and its got three holes drilled around the top of the strut... so has anyone got any pics of a strut brace that goes all the way round the strut? cheers Tony.
