i think its more to do eith the weight of the alloy itself, changing the rubber around the wheel could save u a tiny amount, but i dont think it would be worth it myself, more grip with 205 aswell 195s would make ure speedo report your actual speed closer that then 205 tyres, but again...

well, ive had 2 clios, a phase 1 and a phase 2, but i presume the differences are bugger all, but my phase1 with 15" wheels it was much better than my current one with 17". with the 15" u could throw it into corners, it would hardly slide, grip well and gone, with 17" it feels like i am skating...

yeah, swifts are n/a twin cams, mate had one had to laugh when he said hes kept up with a clio 16v thou and there wasnt much in it :)

god, bloody clutches, ive had this recently, replaced the cable, then had problems just like that, then the pedal gave out soon after, apparently pedal gets worn too, and if its worn enuff for the cable to snap its pretty likely ull need another pedal (replacement, not an extra one :) ) this...

im considering getting some, but ive heard the ride quality is real rough, is that what was sorted with ures ?

i thought each spline was -35mm, and a willy does sit slightly lower than a valver, and its got a slightly wider track apparently aswell

ppl, whats a resonable for a complete 16v engine these days, done just under 60k ?

would have said that braking in gear is more effective, cos the gears will slow u down anyway, drop to lower gears as u slow would be the most efficiant way

i was under the impression that blue smoke was oil burning and black smoke was carbon buildup, dunno for sure thou

same here, or ifs its real foggy, moisture on the discs
