If you have already got an induction kit it wont matter where you take cold air from even if you do go through a puddle so long as your airbox is not sealed, when the water gets to your ram scoop and fills it the engine will still breathe air through the filter but not fromthe scoop if you do...
Forget boring out the liners of your 1.4 after all youve still only got the same stroke. We have just fitted a 1.6 megane engine into our dev car and it should be up and runing soon. Recon it might just suprise a few.
Trouble with braided hoses is keeping them cleal, all the sh*t sticks in the braid work. We at Hillpower are on the case of Silicone water hoses for the clio 1.4 which we should have a sample of by end of Feb. We also sell silicone water hoses for the 16v clio and 19.
