On my 172 I'm finding it extremely hard to undo the bolts holding the manifold and cat together. There isn't a great lot of room to work with and I fear I might have rounded one of the bolts. I tried removing the heat shield above the cat but couldn't see how to take it off as the gear leaver...

I got 6 ltrs and a filter for £35 from the dealers. Was abit of an arse paying an extra £5 for 1 ltr of petrol but it'll come in handy.

Wanting to change the oil and filter on my 172. I've had a look and seen that I need 5.1 litres of oil. Do I really need the 0.1 litre of oil as everywhere I look sells in 5 or 1 litre bottles. Also is there any type of oil filter I need I had a look on here...

When hitting at curb the other week both my front and rear seatbelts tensioned. If I go to the scrap yard and manage to find two new seatbelt pretensioners and hook them up. Will they tension back up as soon as the car starts up? Or will they be alright? Can the rear ones be untensioned or are...
