I've had the 3M pads for ages, so I used theirs. Great system, I'm going to sell everything else I have!!
Steve... not many good pics :(
Here's one cheeky one!
Yeah please Steve - you wash, I polish :) You sure you're okay washing? So that I don't have to bring my pressure washer..
About 11 then?
Have a good evening :)
Hi Chris,
These polishes (but by Rotary polisher, not by hand):

Then Zaino Z2 and Z8 from here:

Yeah got all three Collinite's and Poorboys Nattys Blue. They are all decent enough but I got used to the premium waxes which offer a touch more 'sheen' for a lot more money! Sealants seems to do the business on silver I'm finding... might stick to Zaino now.
I've never, ever used the 3M range of polishes, so I ordered a sample kit from Elite earlier this week, and spent today getting to grips with them.
- FCP: Love this stuff, it sure doesn't muck about! Cuts a lot quicker and more aggressively than 3.02 which I'm used to and seems to finish...
Yep, as above, tar remover then clay should sort most of this area out for you!
Happy to give you hand if you fancy popping over to sunny Willenhall :)
Remember Hyper Compound Spray is out next week too - this has the same level of cut as 3.02/FCP/105... clever combination of SMAT and DAT technology and making it easy to use!
Serious Performance.
5% worth of points mate. No discount unless you're spending a fair bit.
Tim just PM'd me on DW, apparently he's getting the new Chem Guys Celeste Wax in next week... gonna have to give that a try!! :)
Poorboys Wheel Sealant and the CG sloppy orange crap are some of the worst products I've used!!
1000P, 476S, EGP etc are all better, easier to use and cheaper!

Anyone tried it yet? Could well be the future - no sling, no dust, prep'd pad... mine should be here today! This cuts like 203S...
Hyper Compound Spray should be in the UK next week.
Dr G, loving the charisma.
Russ.
Maybe we could even agree on a definitive list of go to products, and be unlike the PB ones, not be biased towards what we sell! (Great idea/business model they have there though! Clark is the master, look at what he uses... buy, buy, buy!)
The issue is with detailing, everyone is an expert...
I'm no expert, but I'd be happy to try and help, in exchange for p**n links as payment. Wot think?
Seriously though, happy to help. I've tried pretty much everything available in the UK, so I have a fair old idea of what's hot and what's not! People will always be lazy and/or prefer a...
Megs APC is good, but it's not the most effective product, especially if your engine bay is VERY dirty.
This stuff is the daddy, but it's not cheap!!
NOTHING cleans like this stuff and it's a pleasure to use.

Very easy on off if you don't shovel it on. It needs 20 minutes to cure then should just wipe off. 2 layers is best. Layering it up with FK's Pink Wax leaves a superb finish...
The QD is okay, but Optimum's is better!
Try Colli 845 on wheels, especially if you're putting it on weekly (!!)...
