Some third party warranty companies cover MOT failure and are cheaper than manufactures extended warranties.

£15k tops for a mint one?
When selling rare cars like this, its worth remembering that you might need to advertise for quite a while to find the right buyer - but when you do, itll all happen very quickly! I usually find the autotrader website never fails.
I would definitely sell your mk1 privately if you get rid of it.
Personally Id wait until the end of summer for the prices of the mk2 to drop to their lowest (before the end of production) and then get one. Prices might level out after they stop making the mk2, but Id imagine the mk1 prices...

You can fit the weekly shopping in (most of it on the parcel shelf, or under the bonnet), go...
A while ago there was a post about a Video camera mount for the Clio. It clamped onto the headrest uprights and allowed the camera to be take the view between the driver and passenger.
Anyone know who supplies these at a decent price?
Thanks.
But lowering the speed limit generally helps congested roads run more freely. At the moment in the rush hour, people go as quick as they can, and then slam on their brakes, this causes the person on their rear bumper to do the same and it dominos all the way back....
If everyone drives at...
There have been quite a few threads like this, and people always say the same thing....valvers/182s etc seem to attract the street racing types (whether their owners like it or not!) and the V6s just get 99% positive attention. Ive had mine for about 5 months, and in that time Ive only had a...
