The 2005 engine is different you dont need an adaptor plate as per the old and crap >2004 engine.

get the oild filter and sump washer from GSF car parts, they sell genuine oild filter and have an offer at the moment on Total 5w40 oild for £17. the filter is £4 odd and the washer is £1ish
if you can do without your car for a few days send it to fastchip in holland €275 if you have performance induction or €220 (£153) if you dont thats a bargain imo!
To get at the throttle body you need to take the whole inlet manifold off.
firstly take the air box off 2 x 10mm bolts
then look at the top of the engine there are some sensors to the left and right and a big wiring loom at the back - you need to disconect these.

ifyou have a second sensor do not disconnected it or unbolt it and leave it disconnected it. the lambda has one job it measures the ammount of oxygen left in the exhaust gases.

Get some GT85 lube and spray loads of it at the pedal and through the hole then spray loads at the point where it comes out of its casing at the gearbox
