I had my tracking done when I replaced the tyres about a month ago, mine were properly seized but the guy just got the welder out heated it up then the other guy quickly started undoing it with a spanner took about 60s...
Im in Bristol so you guys aren't too far I don't think? How much would I be looking at for a check on the head gasket? Don't mind travelling a bit more distance so I can be sure whats wrong with it!

Id hazard a guess that maybe the new one will compress to the right size once its on, and the old one has been on so long maybe its stuck or something :s
I seem to remember Oilman discussing cheaper oils before, and the fact that some fully-synthetic aren't true fully-synt etc. general concensus was, you get what you pay for.
Lol easy my ass, if u have a ramp maybe eas*ier*, exhaust gets in the way like a b**ch, ideally ud have to take it off to get moderately gd access, bolts can be a b**ch 2 get out as not really enough space to get a ratchet in there, plus when the bolts are out the mount didn't drop straight out...
Hmm it gets worse, loosing coolant plus I looked earlier seems to be some sort of white foam in the expansion tank? No mayo in caps or dipstick etc what could this be?
I had the motor out earlier along with the glass, wasn't that hard, most annoying part was getting the sodding clip off the bit that holds the glass in !
No mayo in the cap at all, or in the dipstick, can;t see any visible leaks its not dripping or leaving a puddle, and no lose in performance!

Can't change the motors would need a whole new assembly, motor sounds ok really just need to know if the system can be cleaned out or how I'd lube it up lol
Took apart the mechanism earlier, put some WD40 and bit of grease into the tube? part... seems to have made it slower though :(
