Just spoken to Marcus @ EasyTrack and hes more than willing to help us put together a 172-only track day if there is enough interest. We would need:- * Around 30 cars * People willing to pay between £100-150 (estimated) for the day What say you all?

Just spoken to Gemma @ Palmersport, and there are two more events so far this year, but not 172 specific. One is an AMG event (16-Aug), the other is a Jag event (04-Sep). The format of the day is very similar - 3 to 4 hours on-track time, and a ride/drive in an AMG Merc/Jag. Alas, no Clio Cup...

Does anyone know if any parts exist in real carbon fibre (not the sh*tty stick-on stuff!)? E.G. engine cover, interior bits, etc.

Clio 172 Mk2 - I know the wheels are 7x16 but whats the offset? My wheels are stamped 7x16, then 48.5. Surely theyre not 7x16 ET 48.5?!! Does anyone know the correct offset, and whether or not it should be changed when running 17s?

...if so, which kit did you use, where did you buy it, how much was it, how much did it lower the car, and what were the results (better/worse than std)?

What do you recommend? I read somewhere that the standard system is very good - is it worth the extra expense/hassle fitting a new one?

Ive got a spare NOS kit which was bought from the Wizards of NOS, and am wondering what itd be like on a 172 :-) Has anyone got any real world experiences to share, and maybe even power curves/ 1/4 mile times on and off gas?
