Im looking for some data on the suspension of the Mk2 172, namely the spring rates/free lengths for front and rear springs. Can anyone help out? Also, if anyone has a set of AVO springs and can supply the same, it would be much appreciated (AVO wont give me the info!). Thanks, James :D

The alloys are marked 7Jx16, CH4, 48.5. Does this mean they have a 48.5mm offset?
