Not as much as youd think. Were just perfecting the exact setup (hence the track outing) but its going to be setup for road use first and foremost. If theres enough interest, Im sure we could organise a group buy to make things cheaper. Ill advise asap on price.
I was sceptical at first, but was totally converted once the mods had been fitted. Before, the car was quite twitchy at the back even with the lower/stiffer springs and a little unpredictable. However, on the track it was fine. Now its a totally different animal - cant wait to try it on the...
Just had a select few mods applied to my Mk2 Clio 172, using lessons learnt from the Cup race cars and Im amazed at the transformation :D
Basically it involves new springs and some geometry changes front and rear.
The result is amazing. The car handles even better than standard, with...
Alas Geoff, its not really feasible and itd cost more to refit the std one then have the Eibachs refitted than it will if I have to pay for two new rear wheel bearings to be fitted. Plus, my new suspension mod more than makes up for it :-)

However, the car in the link above is also an "02" Clio yet has no holes.....how come?!
I drove my Mk2 172 @ Palmersport before fitting the Eibachs, then again with the Eibachs on the same South-West track. As std the car rolled quite a lot in the bends, and could be slid across the track, which was great fun. With the Eibachs corner exit speeds were improved since there was less...
Elephant were also utterly useless on the phone and refused to answer any questions, preferring to point me to the web site! No wonder they save money - they obviously pay gimps peanuts for Customer Services.
Direct Line are winning so far....
Thanks for the tips!
What I find weird is that Tescos online quote was over £50 cheaper than my renewal quote, yet when I phoned them up they point-blank refused to price match, even to their own site!! When I phoned Barclaycard up they said they use the same company as Tesco and would just...
