Dont be daft - they want people to get caught, if they REALLY wanted to reduce speed they would put more speed humps and other restricting devices in place. Where I live there are NO cameras in residential (built up any way) areas. They are ALL on long strait roads where people have enough time...

I say more resonable police men should be put out to decide whos driving dangerously and whos strayed over the limit in a safe situation. Id rather be pulled over and warned a few times a month than flashed and fined ever! A person can make descisions a camera cant.
