Im on coilovers with oem wheels running p zero 205/45, they are a bit taller than the ad08rs I have on the front as well. Have had 10mm spacers and now I think its even more due to scenic rear conversion so closer to turini et and zero scrubbing. But I am running 630lb rear springs.
Well a few things, manual steering column, hpas steering rack, that big sound proofing around matrix, full aircon blower setup.
Also regarding looms, I think you will be alright if they were both full aircon climate control cars originally. I had a 172 cup interior loom with a standard 182...
Yes bias valve fitted. Remember that larger caliper piston(197 caliper) = more fluid required to clamp brakes which is more pedal travel. Its a big disc at 274mm but my setup is basically a 197 complete setup inc mc bore size. Now theres the possibility of going laguna mk1 with separate rear...
Just go for spacers mate, it’s nothing you couldn’t do but youd have to bleed the brakes again and you need a new o/s handbrake cable for the n/s and lots of other little things. I mean it looks good under the wheel though 😅
Needs spacers on the rear too ;) Or scenic hub conversion which just spaces it out loads 😄
Will make it handle/feel much better as well spacing the rear out.
It was mostly ambition and little skill back then lol. Hopefully be able to do this and lots more soon.
I will do this for the clutch setup. Keeps the fork.
Almost about to do this 😄 Well I didnt even think about flywheel tbf, the plan is to run willwood slave with ap racing bulkhead mc with dci pedal box. Speaking to someone about pedal box just need the mc.
The women over the phone is a proper karen, said that shes been doing this for 10 years blah blah, told me that the o/s I received (ordered n/s) will in fact fit cause computer said so. Also had a gaiter let go on mine but thats about it so far on physical damage.

What I used. The hard part of this job is putting the gaiter back on
Well I haven't fitted it yet, have been putting all my time on the steering setup. But its simply the case of swapping them over and using m10 fittings instead of the oem m12. Not sure if its abs compatible or not but I wouldnt use it for abs.
