Yes Kelv, one of the best things I did. It transformed the braking on my car :)
Easy to source everything as said above just need 172 cup engine loom, master cylinder, rear load valve/bias valve and then you need to make some brake lines.
The most difficult bit is swapping the master cylinder...
I've got one it's awesome as Fred says just buy it (He's biased, i'm not ;))
I'd offer for you to listen to mine but my car isn't running at the moment
Have I put the clutch release bearing back in the correct way? It looks the correct way but would rather check than have to pull the engine and box back out :)
Thanks
Just saw this on racecars direct and thought I would post as seems a bargain for the 197/200 owners on here :)

I wouldn't worry about oil temps unless its regularly seeing over 120/130 degree's. I think oil cooler is a good idea however and I have got one fitted to mine
Thanks :)
Yeah I have a mate who used to fit windscreens and he could probably get the stuff, I was just trying to do it myself as everyone else seems to fit their own polycarbs :)
Yes I did mention it to my painting guy but I would of only been doing it to then re-wrap after so it would of...
Just collected the car and its all done and looking nice :) I'm over the moon with the stuff we have done with it.
Will start to put it back together this evening!
Thanks :) I will leave that job for now then!
I think the best/cheapest way to do it is ACW sides and then the P4P rear which is £160ish+vat
A full set from P4P with sliders is nearly £700 I think
I have been told it needs to meet the Belgium equivalent of our MSA bluebook and from a quick google a few months ago it sounded like FIA approval for all kit (different sized extinguisher, FIA fuel tank or FIA approved foam in the std tank etc etc) I will be speaking to the club before I spend...
Lol it was actually £95. 3rd light isn't Fia approved and I don't want to faff around with the new wiring last minute if I go to Spa etc to race just fit it all when I do the new loom and its done :)
Wow! That looks like you have got a fun road ahead of you Mark lol :) look forward to seeing you put your touch on it! What are the plans for it? General tart and tidy up or full rebuild, refresh engine etc?
Haha that's more like it the lowest I could get is 1060 and that's if I get carbon doors etc and also loose a fair bit of weight myself.
Tis true Mark :) your series is power to weight though where the Tintops is just a free for all lol!
Was planning on Jonny but won't be doing so for a while...
Not really sure I guess the 182 shell is lighter as there is more metal.
Mine with a full tank in race trim (ie no passenger seat, intercom etc) is 1034kg's then you add me and the numbers get scary! Lol
Heavy car too Mark :) I think the weight of the cage over the back really helps the...
