on the round bit find a socket that wont just push on that wack it with hammer till its on , undo it then , but ull loose that socket size

if its a proper locking nut, and has a outer spinner to stop things clamping on out side of the bolt , hit this with a chissel to brake it off, then find a socket that will just start to go over it , wack it on with a hammer and undo it , admitedly u loose a socket but should get it off...
