I had a really high pitched whistling sound for a couple of weeks then it turned to a failed dephaser noise and it turned out the bearing in the water pump had failed
Theres some OZ superturismo alloys on a golf in a scrappy by me and shall fit the clio he only wants £100 for them

Neither!! although they will do the job i would go for something like fuchs pro race S,motul 300v or gulf competion race oil

I get alot of dust on my rears and the calipers are not ceased or anything!! i think its down to what pads you have personally i used to have EBC redstuff and they barely gave off any dust...
But they are crap think they are made of flapjack as they just crumble away or divorce the backing plate
Turned out to be a waterpump failure!!:o

they have corrected the gearbox bolts and the lad who done it was relived of his position last month due to other problems he has caused...
timing is also sorted now

^^just remove the air intake pipe between the air box and throttle body.
then look in the throttle body and there is a flap open it and give it all a good wipe through with a rag with some carb cleaner on
