A front door for a five door isn't the same size for a three door and the rear door cards are totally different

The headphone jack connector should connect to the back of your stereo. As for the yellow plug 6-pin connector have a feel around the back of the stereo hole for the connector I believe if it's a Tuner list the connector should be a brown connector afaik.

Both ways are possible I'd transfer your pre-tensioners from your original seats to the RS seats then there will be no fuss. I've done the same too and no problems whatsoever.
