Was given this iMac as it wasnt working for a friend and he was throwing it out, so i stripped it and replaced the ram and booom! Retro Mac at its finest. It's so s**t tho, the software it so old it won't let me download any new apps or anything lol. But got a kick out of getting it going...

They were both desire's. I just found after a few months of useage they got very slow and the screen just didn't feel as responsive. Maybe i'm just a fussy fucker lol.

i have used HTC's and find they get very slow and very laggy really quick. Which for me is a big issue. I had spoken to a friend with a windows 7 phone and it was even worse that the HTC. I personally wouldn't use another phone than a iPhone simply for the following reasons: copy/paste...

Errrrr.... Ok, my Facebook app notifications are s**t, it doesn't notify me when I get posts or mail etc. It only does it the odd time which I think is poor. That make sense?

I have plenty of friends lol, my Facebook app hardly goes off when I have new replies etc. I get about 6 notifications in about a month which to me is pretty poor is it not? It's the latest version of the app if that helps lol

My Facebook notifications are a bit crap and I was wondering am I missing something as to why? My mates blackberry was putting my 4 to shame with his Facebook updates lol, hate him having one over on me hahaha.

So would the games she plays on Facebook not work on the iPad? Is there separate apps for the likes of farmville and the like?

One question, I'm thinking of getting my mum an iPad, but she plays a lot of those silly games on facebook which are mostly flash based like farmville and such like crap. Will these work on the ipad or is there apps for them or that kind of thing?

Think i will hang fire until i know for sure Tom, the wireless print feature would be very useful for me :) Hopefully the iPad owners on here will shed light on it once they have the update :)

I've played about with one and its laggy and the touchscreen tbh is total crap! You get what you pay for at the end of the day. I mean, lagging while playing angry birds just isnt acceptable! LOL!

But is there not going to be changes on the next software update?? EDIT: Have just read about it and i'm buying one lol The wireless printing is whats sold it as that was the only thing in my mind stopping me from buying it.

Right guys, im on the fence on getting a iPad, think it would be useful for work for email and taking customer records and things like that but am not sure. Am just worried of paying all that money for it just to have a glorified iPod. Is it worth it?
