ah thats ok as i fitted ph2 clocks along with the ph2 dash in my ph1 and had to change back to the ph1 clocks due to not having the fly by wire imputs.

you do know ph1 dials won't work in a ph2 or the other way round. or have you just fitted the white bits?

I didn't mind it till i got the vectra and now it just annoys me. Only thing is that standard exhaust feel so restrictive but i suppose that doesn't matter if i sell it. Thanks for your help mate. That link is exactly what i'm after :)

I can drive my vectra quicker than the clio due to the fact i draws absolutly no attention to its self. Clio's must be the new nova with the amount of police attention i get in mine. Is it the BTB that is quiet then or the yozza stealth?

near standard volume is good you can drive faster with out drawing attention to yourself. The clio gets too much attention from the police as it is.

not quite that bad but it makes people jump. I went past a couple of coppers and didn't get pulled so it can't be that bad.

oh its is loud now but it sound good with it as it pops and bangs. It only fell of as i went to trade it in today.

I never got it off i just took the whole linkage out and its still upstairs now after all this time.

My Blueflame died today after nearly 4 years so i either need a back box or possibly if i can find a quiet system thats not restrictive i'd go for that. I don't want a yozza sport as its two raspy and the one my mate fitted looked like a rage universal backbox. It runs well and sounds good...

£2500 is a lot for a ph1 you want do pay 2k or less.

deffinately not worth it. I'd put the money to something that you can keep like a decent plate as it can go on any car you own. Even if you paint your car you still get bored of it and want a new car and a respray won't get you anymore money for yours.

Hopefully it will have a full standard interior by then as the bucket seat is coming out tommorow.

My ph1 is on 115k now and its just as good as my old one on 75k. Good servicing is the key.

The one i've got now is on 115k and there is nothing at all wrong with it. don't be put off by 80k just don't pay over the odds for a yellow one. I may be putting mine up for sale when i've put it through its mot and done a few small jobs on it. Mine will have a full ph2 interior though rather...

second gear into third can some times be a pain if shifting at near top revs.

I rather have high mileage with a full service history than low mileage and none as it is so easy to just swap the clocks over. At least with a high mileage one its not hiding anything. There was a low mileage one on ebay a while back which turned out to have 121,000 miles when checked against...
