just got it put on my car, it sticks out at the back a substantial amount, do they all do this? and it kncoks abit :(
is there not a clio system in the world that actualy works?
crank shaft seal.
the stem seals maybe gone but the car is only on about 50k..
you got any blue smoke luke?
to check the crank seal turn the car on and leave it for a while, maybe reving it every now and then, this will obviously turn the crank and subsequently you may find a puddle off oil...

lol, youve said you dont want to swap the engine but then said you want the 2.0 8v bottom end, that is an engine swap, also the bottom end wont go straight on your need the head as well. put a valver engine init mate.
my manifold has cracked at the bottom, pissed off to say the least, can you order just the bottom half off a supersprint manifold or do you need to buy the whole lot?
its an omp system made for rally cars, and so its made to order hence why you have to wait but it should be the best you can get and its also rather cheap includes a de-cat and goes from there back.theres a mongoose system on ebay at the moment for £230 with de cat i think.
the head does fit, im using a valver on my 2.0 block, the williams head has slightly bigger valves, its the crank that makes it 2.0, and a very slight overbore, as far as i know
