I was a little surprised to see that the Maxogen kit has not got a cold air feed trunking and bellmouth to fit in the grille, but they said the tests done with the setup they have produced noticeably cooler air and a lot more of it.
Adtmits - Yeah i sort of had you in mind when the guy was telling me about developing an induction kit as you have just bought a 225, but was not sure if you would want to do it or keep the car standard.
Stuart from ITG was also telling me about when they worked with Andy Rouse Racing, Andy...
Been to ITG filters today to pick up my new panel filters, while i was there i had a look around and i was shown the Maxogen induction kit for the Clio, nice bit of kit, they said the panel filters are selling as fast as they can make them, very friendly and helpful bunch of guys and are very...
ITG have got stock of filters now, just ordered one for me and one for my brother, i am going to pick them up from ITG in an hour, the question is do i walk or drive the 0.9 of a mile, decisions, decisions.
All spotted yesterday between 18.00 - 19.30

Was it a 54 plate?, i see one parked up on the way to my parents house in Coventry, not sure i should say where as the owner might not be happy me telling everyone where it is parked up.
EVERYONE knows the 172 cup is quicker;) *Hmmm what's this can, let's remove the lid - aarrgghh worms*
I am big boned - honest, but i did notice the car was not so sluggish pulling away AFTER you got out.:D .
Did a back to back driving comparison last night of my 55 plate sep 05 182, done just over 2000 miles, it only had 1200 miles on it when i bought it in feb 06, everything standard and my brothers 05 plate mar 05 182, he has done just over 5000 miles and he has a green cotton air filter fitted...
What cover was included in the TLC policy?, was it just RTI, or was it also finance gap aswell.
These dealers must be making a hell of a lot of money on selling these policies, when i bought my 182 for cash, the dealer offered me gap insurance for £275 through RAC, i says i will think about...
I was in the truck driving up the A34 through Walsall tuesday night, and waiting to turn right in front of me was a pimped up clio driven by a chav in a white shell suit wearing a burberry baseball cap.
Noooooo.
Aww it's been removed, i did not get a reply to my question either - "Can the control dial be located anywhere else on the dash as i would not want to accidentally 'dial in' 40 bhp when in fact i only wanted a bit of HOT AIR."
I am looking at getting an ITG panel filter for my 182, i had pm'd BRUN about ordering one but he was not sure of a delivery date, i was going to give GDI a ring to see if they have any in stock and go and pick one up, car could do with a blast anyway.
But i remember seeing a purchase button...
It looks like the bolt has been loose and worn/elongated the mounting hole as the suspension arm has been moving, if that is the original bolt there should be evidence on the shank/thread of where it has rubbed against the mountin hole.
You can just about see the burring(sp) around the hole...
You will find that garages just want to get your vehicle in and out as fast as possible, the mechanics/technicians do not seem to care whether the job is done right first time around, i am not sure if this attitude comes from pressure above or what.
You know you are up against it when a so...
Car manufacturers develop new improved headlights eg- xenon, just so muppets can switch them off and drive around with just there front fogs on, it makes me chuckle to think someone has paid extra for xenons then switches them off and instead uses front fogs, and i have seen them doing it.
What is the point in people keep saying "that is overpriced and i paid X amount for mine inc cup packs and brand new" when you cannot get any brand new UK cars any more, the dealers know it so are pricing the rest of them high and not shifting much on the price, they make it sound as if they are...
I was heading up to the Shell garage on Balsall Common, had just been for a blast along the A46 from Coventry then come up through Kenilworth, i would have stopped at the Shell garage in kenilworth but i could not see if they had Optimax and the place looks deserted, and then onto my parents house.
If that is the part number off the back cover of the manual a renault dealer will tell you it does not exist, i have tried to order one before, i think i may have also phoned RCS aswell.
The sport handbook is seperate, mine was missing aswell so i have scanned my brothers 182 sport handbook and it is sitting on my desktop, pm me if you want me to email you the pages until you get hold of an original book.
There is a small diameter black corrugated breather tube that comes from the top of the battery (ecu end) and runs under the fuse/relay box, and down the inside of the wing/chassis, is it causing a problem?.
Most modern car batteries are sealed, but when a battery is charging they give off...

My brother and i had a look at a 55 plate racing blue 182 at an independent dealer in nottingham, from a distance the car looked mint, got up real close and the whole car was covered in scratches and swirl marks, i was not really interested then, every car in this showroom was also covered in...
