im unsure of the bulbs you would need for the 200 but imo i wouldnt get hids if you havent got the projector style headlight as they dont look anywhere near as good and there are some issues i think regarding them, butim unsure whether you will have projectors or not?
ive heard skoda offer a splitter which is pretty much identical to the standard sport one, not carbon of course, and can be picked up from any skoda dealer for around £12
very nice mate, not seen many in this colour, its a bit like the old artic blue, but i agree with some of the other comments, slight drop and anthracite/black wheels would look lush. IMO i think i prefer the 192 to the new 200
yeah im not completely understanding whats going on in this thread. do they wheel bolt definitely tighten up so you cant spin them anymore?
must be the wrong fitment but doesnt explain how there is a gap between the wheel and the hub if the bolts are tight
cheers for positive replies, next couple of mods a plan to do are:
- fit one of k tec reccessed system the super sports versions
- sport interior, half leather alacantra one, if one comes up cheap enough
- xenon headlights with 6k hids
anyone had an exeriences good or bad with the reccessed...
very true imo as well id rather let someone with years of experience do it, i just presumed all car valeters that offered their services to the public would of had some kind of qualifications
yeah i got the idea to make it into a rep as i remember ages ago seeing someone had commented on someones clio in the same colour, "why didnt they make the sport in this colour"
you seem to have got the jist of what i was trying to say, im hoping that eventually i will be able to start a small scale valeting business, and through experience building a portfolio kind of thing and progressing onto bigger jobs with more services
sorry didnt mean it to sound like i wanted to only learn paint correction, wanting to learn all aspects really, and about paying im just after a recognised sort of 'qualification' so that i can offer my services professionally if that makes sense, i dont just want to be a lad that cleans car...
Im a keen car detailist, spend alot of time 'detailing' my own car, my parents cars and a few people from the village. I am now looking to build on my skills of detailing by completing car valeting courses and offering it to others, taking a more proffessional approach and offering a wider range...
Cant understand a word said but a pretty epic chase, look for the innocent man that runs from his car and gets chased
Feel free to post equally or more impressive car chases...
yeah if i could do it again i wouldnt bother, id just put the money towards a better car, but ive done it now and i have to finish it. and about the money your right, you never realise how much all the little things add up and it does become very expensive
future plans are:
- colour code, door...
what i mean is i had all my wings, skirts front and rear bumper sprayed by a proffessional company so i got a top quality job, however when walking to my car, it was dark and raining i noticed that the recently sprayed parts were slightly off, only noticeable in the dark. Now i thought this...
aye, already said about the coilies, will get a cup spoiler when one comes up at a decent price and was thinking of a splitter, wheres best place to get a skoda one?? skoda themselves?
