I'd say the dyno is off, the torque and power lines should always cross at 5250rpm, the graph has them crossing at more like 5550rpm.

I rebuilt the rear callipers with the Big Redd Kit and it was fine. However, whatever you do, after taking the handbrake mechanism boot off, do not be tempted to take apart the handbrake mechanism, that was 4 hours of my life I will never get back!

Could be you manifold touching the subframe, caused by your dgbone bushes being old.

Exactly what I did but the solid top mounts didn't help. The driveshaft is knocking its brains out right now but there is no play in anything!

It sounds like a problem I've been suffering with for a long time and its all of a sudden got a lot worse meaning I have more chance of pinpointing it. Fairly sure now that its the outer CV. How many miles are on your driveshafts?

A friend thinks it could be a wheel bearing as he had a similar issue. There is no play in the bearing when jacked up but it does hum slightly on the motorway. The car is on Eibach Sportlines and 84k.

I checked the driveshaft today as suggested and there was no in out play at all. I did find a hole in the ball joint boot though so I think the plan of replacing the arms next is the best bet, as I will replace both the ball joints and bushes. I hope it's not the rack!
