My shield behind the engine is in a very bad condition, so will it be a problem regarding noise/heat if i just remove it? or any other soultion?
thanks
i don't know how the gearbox was when it had 0 km, but now with 145.000 km it goes in every gear without any problem, no matter hig-low revs, upshift-downshift.
the gearbox oil was changed from first and second owner every 30.000 km (Tranself TRX 75w80) i continued that, the complete clutch set...
I got a good price for the original mounts.
Now my question is are these
- 6000073669 and 8200089697 engine mounts
- 6000073662 dogbone mount
are these all mounts and are there any other mounts that need to be changed or not?
is there any significant difference between oem and aftermarket mounts?
i have an other option to make all mounts new just slightly harder than original...or just stick with standard? my only issue with these mounts are vibrations that a lot of people complain

2. ph1 airbox without 2 air feeds (have this now)
2. v6 airbox...
Tested it today (without the 2 air pipes) and...i don't know it don't think there is any difference, maybe a little more noise.
I'm concerned that the box (without the pipes) is going to suck some hot air (esp. in summer) or will it not?
i don't need a TUV testing...and about the quality i talked with some guys on german and swiss cliosport forums who have them and they are really satisfied.
Two of them use this system on their track clios.
On many german forums you can read ONLY postive expiriences with powersprint (polo cup...
My friend ordered for his escort cosworth couple years ago powersprints complete race system - 1.5 mm thick material, completely no rust, sound excellent!
i'm getting end of this month a Powersprint Group A exhaust. They are Supersprints sister firm in Germany.
