Budgie OEM appears to be rubbish because the cars making light klunking (not top mounts) noises from pulling of in 1st and braking harshly. Apparently powerflex would make a world of a difference its only £41

How do you get the xenon bulb out of the xenon headlights? I twisted the thing that say (turn anti clock wise to open) and then nothing else happens, dont want to break it so... anyone? Regards Jay.
