Nah they use the 5 speed out of the 1.6/1.8 Petrol 2000-2005 Laguna etc All DCI 100s use the JR5 gearbox. The Clio 3 106 BHP DCI uses a new 6 speed gearbox the TL4 which is in the same family as the 197.

Open the bonnet mate and its below where you top your washer bottle up on the right hand side at the back.
Remove the scuttle panel and you'll see it/them in the side of the tank. Dead easy fix.
Dan have a look at these aswell. Clean it all out and see if it comes backs the first thing - get your level on the max and see if it drops.

You don't have to jack the car up atall, the oil filler caps on the top of the engine... Turn it over all you want the damage has been done already.

Clean the spring that holds the blade against the windscreen, lube it with WD40 and work it back and forth 10-20 times. Should only have todo that say 3 or 4 times and it'll stay on the screen better.

As Brand said if it was definetely your car go in and see the service manager. Phone up customer services aswell and give them an earfull.
When you go in to collect it, spark up in the showroom and have a nosey round, make sure you use the ashtrays in the '07 plates aswell.
Sounds like your brake pads are metal to metal on the disc, get it jacked up and get the front wheels off. If its been left for a while you'll probably have knackered the disc anyway.
I'd check your pads and discs before your drums they're good for 100k easy with normal driving.
