They would look ok.
I would be going for that rally look, if it's multi spoke white wheels you want then you are spoiled for choice really. Infact spraying a whole car didn't phase you so why not find the style wheels you want and spray them?
Nice car, the 4th photo down does the bodywork more justice.
Get some Jetseal 109 on the paint and it'll really shimmer.
Punto's seem like value although I'm a bigger fan of the uno turbo, it's that big back window on the punto which I think looks a bit odd.
There was a geezer on here with...
You get what you pay for, a colour change aint cheap because if you want it done well you need the glass out, all the shuts done and you should go one step further and take the engine out and do in there aswell. It's a Big job just for the prep alone, and big jobs = big money.
You could go for a set of very light magnesium wheels, something like this but 16" and white.

Great part of the country you live in.
I visited cornwall earlier this summer, wasnt as sunny then as it is now in your pics :( still had a great time so that's what counts :)
I would normally never say this but I think lexus lights would actually look ok on this due to it's clean white look the silver would contrast quite well.
However those wheels are shocking, sorry to be negative but I can't stand alloys where the spokes stick out further than the rim, old...
tbh if you have done that colour coding with rattle cans then you've done a good job, I've always considered doing this to my bumpers but consider the risk of fecking it up or the paint cracking etc and body shops charge a fortune for this.
the ph1 looks good in black, you dont see that many about, my ph1 is pearl black also.
I would be inclined to swap the exhaust for a stealth, and you could mix up some black and silver hammerite to give your calipers that fresh oem look.
I like the black door pulls, I've often thought about...
Yhea my mate had a silver rhd '82 911, just the non turbo 3.0 and the gear throw was long on that too but it made the power delivery seem even more intense, it was like power power power change, clunk clunk power. It was reassuringly solid german engineering.
The engine on his was lightened...
I nearly took out a renewal recently but I checked the compulsory excess and it was £475!!!!! that was more than policy was going to cost!!!!!
Now that was just fking stupid. Basically they are saying you are insured fully comp but don't ever bother claiming unless the value of the repair is...
There you go, I like it, very stealthy.
Not sure about that spoiler though, think it might look a bit cheap on such an ace car.
Slightly Lower at the front:
Superb colour!
There are some nice cars in out there in SA, when I was into 70's fords I considered getting a SA taunus coupe 6cyl, while looking I noticed there are loads of vehicles which are the same model as UK cars but branded with different names and available with bigger engines etc.
Hmm you say your are not that fussed but you continue to get wound up about him, what has him owning two beemers got to do with anything, now you've got issues about his success in life?
All this because he politely asked a favor. No offense but you need to get in touch with reality or try...

Not sure weather I like this or not (I know I certainly don't like the body kit) what a mad thing to do, I bet it's a pain to keep clean.
He was doing that to brake the ice and make it less tense when he asked you to do a 'favor' for him thats all.
I'm a car enthusiast and enjoy cars too but if you lived next to me and I thought your car was loud I'd do the same.
It's not an unreasonable thing for him to ask, read some of the...
Those v6 reps, hmmm a bit pointless imo to take a non performance car and turn it into a performance car in everything but the performance.
It may seem like a good idea now but you'll probably wish you hadn't when you see how much money it has cost you to do it to a decent standard.
Something like my bosch drill had a progressive trigger with a speed and torque setting and a trigger lock so you could technically go anywhere from like 1rpm to 3000rpm, but the drill would be an awkward 'shape' to try and polish a whole car with.
If you are looking to do it cheap, get a speed...
You can use a hair dryer to make the bumpers darker. Sounds crazy but this was somthing I picked up from my Golf MK2 owning days.
I used a hot air stripper instead but was VERY VERY careful not to burn the paint (you have been warned), the bumpers went from a patchy grey to a dark uniform...
