I only would go for vents IF the temp in the engine bay was going too high. GTT lump, willy/valver lump (exaust manifold heat). if not... stealth mode enable. :)

well... striped my trashed valver. Tooked me 2h to get the dash out without cuting the wires. Had to take coffee brakes every 15min or it would be valver dashboard salad.

nothing like my own exhaust especialy designed for my old Super5 GTR... I called PMF. It was loud like a #$"#$"#%"#$#"#%#" and even today dont know if gained any power at all! eheh well... it was funny building it . :) :)

ahhhhhhhh... the thing is two bolts BUT on the TD not on the air box!!! mine is 2 bolts (11 i guess) holding the TB to the manifold.

till now... cant really understand that 2 or 3 bolts air box!!! take you ecu off and type here the nº

well, since this gearbox oil doesnt get combustion hazard like th engine oil, it doesnt get dirty... now, some ppl say that is ok to have it for life. I change it every 30 to 40 000km. Its not expensive and keeps the gearbox always on top lub.

weird BenR. I have the same pedal travel with the valver calipers. I bleeded the damn thing till could no more (I got tired of it eheh). Driven a willy earlier and the pedal travel is the same. is it really diferent the valver master cylinder from the RT one?

I should slap you in the face Ben, but you are right. Ford is great when chaging engine bits... from CVH you can ZVH etc etc zetec head. moding a RS Turbo is the best you can make... from std 1.6lts to 2.1lts with T4

get away S03 tyres.. too heavy. Proxes T1-S are lighter.

Just got a new 4 set of tyres... Firestone SZ40 195/50 R15 for +- 150quid. This includes: fiting, new air valves and (my english again damn!) the little wheight thingys on the wheel. BenR, A539 for 98 quid a 4set tyres? if so, very good price indeed.

get it on first gear pull hand brake.. dont lose the hand brake botton go. keep on pressing get the engine till 4000rpm with clutch point (the point where you can get the car stopped on a climb without brakes.. the engine burning clutch. Dont know what its call.. :( ) let the back of the...

why dont you ppl (the nearest ones) gather up and buy a huge gallons of oil or even (if possible) fuel? It would be nice even a meeting for changing oil... 10 cars doing the same oil change at the same time. :)
