Im needing one for a 182 cup, i fitted a qh one a while ago and since did the same it pulled left, I think it was also the wrong length. I'm not totally convinced the bottom arms are all the same either as much as people say they are, Ive just fitted some arms from a 172 cup, and my car suddenly...
37s fit fine, my cars lowered too about 50mm, i doubt your old man will be doing that mind, mine plays f*** as it is lol, i had to do a bit of tweaking and grinding but at standard height it wont cause any bother. As for the tyre fit 195/45s or for a bit more comfort 205/45s dont fit the 215s as...
Been under my car today to try find out what type of steering rack its got fitted, Found the sticker that is attatched but been nearly 8 years old half of its missing! :boring:
I was able to make up a few numbers off the sticker, Im hoping someones recently had a look at theirs and the numbers...
I have 1144s fitted, for the road they're ok for normal driving, I've gave them some greif with standard 182 wheels and they fade coupled up to HCs after 10-15 mins,
With my ozs fitted i've done the same they were fine i guess the standard wheels dont allow for much ventilation and help...
+1, No need to remove the calipers to change disks or pads either, You only have to remove the carriers if you're changing the disks, Nothing if just the pads.
take it you are using a screwdriver or similar across the notches and not trying to do it with your fingers? Should go easy unless...
Great, It'l be nice to get some feedback on them, They look like they have put a lot of time into the kit. But there seems to be very little feedback or threads up on the ITBs and ecu they do.
Wondering if its actually worthwile getting wheels refurbed in winter why not just wait and let them take a battering off the salt through the next few month
Might be a fault with your game save, I recently had a problem where i couldnt take pictures and save them. It kept on telling me there was an error with my save so i had to delete it, Luckily i wasnt that far in!
So the DTH ones as Ktecs kit are better than x4 individual ones, I was under the impression 4 individual tapered ones would be a better choice?
Just thrown a spanner in the works completely lol, The plug and play kit with a base map loaded to allow you to pootle off for mapping does have a big...
I also heard about Ktec locking their ECUs I think a select few people know the codes though, I'm pretty sure RS tuning can map them which is where i'd be going as its only 20 mins away. My Problem is I'm not wanting to lose my slam panel, chop up my grill and fit bonnet catches if i can get...
I know mine seems to fly with the 57i on now the temps have dropped a lot, I've a big dirty CAF behind the headlight and personally i think it sounds great inside and outside when the car comes towards you. Havent tried the V6 airbox yet but i've got a few plans i want to do with the K&N
Looking into fitting a set in the new year to my 182 and i'm trying to put together a list of things i'm going to need.
I've already decided i'm going to run it on the Gen90 ecu to retain trip computer etc.
(I've just sent an e-mail through to Kam racing sounding like a complete mongtard so...
but you can get wobbly bolts (corrective bolts), which are essentially the same as the renault bolts but the washer is able to move to allow them to centralise and bolt on properly
Erm, dont be hitting the driveshaft directly with the hammer you will chew the ends up, It should move in and out easily and the ball joint lined up easily too, Think i'd done the job in an hour start - finish
You only need to use the one ring, I used a rear also and centralised it over the sensor tapping it with a punch, I removed the balljoint bolts, Track rod and brake caliper IIRC, then pulled the shaft out
Think you got off pretty lightly looking at that. TBH Id presonally be taking it to get the suspension alignment and underneath checked first before throwing quids at the body, If the suspensions bent, mounts, subframe arms etc, You may be better cutting your losses and stripping it
Parked up near my 182 at the weekend,
Weirdly I thought someone nicked my front badge then realised yours was painted and i was a few bays down after looking at the reg lol.
It has to be either
A: He isnt insured or
B: Its his mate that hit him and they were dicking around
Depends how badly your injured TBH, I was involved in an accident in my mates car when he decided to back out of a parking space and a speeding car sideswiped us, Had a bit of a stiff neck for...
Leave it be.. I did with my 6 and one of the neighbours decided a screw in my tyre was a good idea, i went through 9 tyres in 7 month, at one point was a screw in 3 tyres at once.
I WILL one day find out who it was, they'l slip up in the pub or wherever and they'l get similar treatment.
My...
I was under the impression you have to bleed the inside and outside a couple of times on 4 pots to get all the air out, Bleeding just one side wont work
