Yeah I'd seen that.... When I fitted the new spring and then put it all back together the bolt holes at the bottom of the damper were about an inch out and there was no give in the spring/damper. Tried pushing the hub down too but didn't get much give out of that either!
I had to put spring...
Just done the nearside. Had an absolute b*****d getting to two lower bolts back in!
What was I doing wrong?!!! I thought it was the easiest job on earth! :o
Really struggled to get the holes to line up.
And the two bolts were 21mm not 17/18 as described in the guide. Stoopid French sizes...
TBH mate... things like Newzbin mean you don't really need to.
I've just set my missus' mate up with and account and she was away and downloading in ten minutes. It's that easy, honestly.
Been with Giganews for a few months now... no problems and the 240 day retention has come in handy a few times.
I'm only on the mid package mind.... 35GB a month iirc... although I like the fact if you're coming close to it (which I have once) you can just pay anotherr £7 or whatever for...

Nope.
Was a b*****d. Nearside flew out.... I reckon it may have been cross threaded on the way in and the thread was already fucked or summat..... because they've not been off before to my knowledge.
Still... better than new now lol.
Yeah no sweat mate. He's got a 197 now and has the wheels off his old 172 in his garage. I'm back to work on Monday so I'll see if he's still got them.
A chap I work with has a set for sale mate. He said they're not mint, but in pretty good nick. I'll ask him for some pics when I'm back at work if you like?
Is a 12mm thread.
Had a right b*****d getting the offside one out and managed to damage the threads in the hole in the process. Had to run a tap though it. They also have some kind of thread lock on them, so I'd advise putting a bit on when you re-assemble.
So in case anyone else has the...
I have the same trouble. I'm the left had side of a semi detached and my aerial is in the loft pointing towards next door, towards the mast at Sutton Coldfield.
Would one of those amps be good enough? Although I'd have to put a socket up there to power the thing!
Maybe so, but the guy who posted the Google link has had a more more positive input in this thread than you pair......
I find CS3 very easy to use for RAW editing. Personally I don't shoot in RAW much - I find the extra processing time outweighs the results - 9/10 I get better results if I...
40D.
My next move. Still a bloody excellent camera and prices are falling all the time!
And the 50D isn't a leaps-and-bounds improvement.

Been done to death, but there are several basic functions of a modern day mobile phone that you can't do with an iPhone unless you hack it.
It's not for me, that's for certain.
