They dont sound that bad tbh i had mine fitted for ages and because i could turn the bass on the speakers to -9 it helped the standard system alot but you are right to do it properly you need a new headunit as the standard ones are crap

The fli thing would work ok but you may get abit of interference etc if you type low to high converter in ebay it will show what you need

Cheers , i think most people would say its a tdc sensor fault as it sounds similar but mine was changed not long back , im now thinking a fuel pressure issue or something like that , does yours feel abit sluggish when this happens ?

8k isnt illegal as such i dont think please correct me if im wrong but when your lights are bright blue your asking for trouble not to mention they wont be as effective as 4300k or 6k , if you want a slight blue tint then go for 6k if you want maximum light then go for 4300k

hi there my sister has just bought a clio 1.2 8v and its running really rough, theres a misfire and it hesitates very badly my thought is that its the coil pack but i am not sure as it could be the leads i just wondered if anybody could give a definate answer ? its definately not the plugs...

It should say it on the front of the head unit mine says update list , basically if its an update list you can buy a cable for about 7 quid on ebay or you could even make your own ( i did) it will not give wheel controls but gives you a basic aux in for music and calls etc

Theres an app called catchup tv that lets you watch live tv you basically get all freeview channels , you have to be connected to wifi though unless your phone is jailbroken then you can get round that , as for connecting it up to a tv etc im not sure but can you not get a tv out lead for them

If i were you i would check the earth on the gearbox , even if it looks ok it may not be ,caused me a whole load of messing around buying a new battery etc when it had actually broken apart but still looked in one piece

Turns out it was the earth cable to the gearbox it was completely broke and just came away in my hand

If i were you i would check if all the connections were ok eg not damaged due to water in them also someone correct me if i am wrong but the indicator issue sounds like a ground problem

hi i know this has been covered before but my mpg at the minute seems very low i am currently averaging 29.1 mpg and no matter how i drive i always return this this figure or thereabouts , i dont think this is right but i just want to see what everyone else thinks
