It was filmed on 35mm film which offers* a resolution up to 3 times greater than Full HD offers today.
* - Dependant upon camera and lenses used.
Feel free to go onto AVforums and quote your "it wasn't filmed in HD..." line and see what kind of response you get.. Take your tin hat...

Make sure you perform a forced software update as most "engineers" can't be bothered when they install it.
Apart from that turn Anytime on, wait a couple of days, and it should start filling with stuff. Some of it is crap but you get the odd gem like we did with Zulu at the weekend.
You need two feeds to fully utilise the Sky + aspect of the box.
Not sure what you mean by "So Sky HD only uses one connection from the Dish." It implies you think HD material needs 2 feeds or something?!?
