I've had the side skirts off to straighten a few jacking misdemeanors and have found a bit of rust on the body where the rear beam mounts sit. Is this a normal place to get rust and would it be an easy fix? I havent had the guts to prod it yet

Took my side skirts off to straighten the bent jacking points, having just done my fuel filler rust I thought i might as well carry on. Quite pleased with what I found except where grit has rubbed through the paint slightly where the top of the skirt meets the sill so I might have to rub some...

The one spray place told me powder coat was a bad idea and to avoid, suppose he wanted my business as he didn't do powder

So what's the general opinion on powder vs wet spraying? One place told me dont even consider powder where as others have said powder coat all the way

That's identical to me SGS but in a different colour, mines begun do slowly drop so must need a seal replacing. Swivel head is a godsend!

Both coming in at £65 a rim no tyre fitting/removal, it might be nice scenery around here but not cheap to get wheels done!

It was the top link that quoted my that price too, waiting to hear back from Leominster powder coaters which is a bit nearer me, failing that it's worth the trip up to city powder coaters

That price was just powder coat no refitting tyres.
