Yeah, I'd be checking the disks too especially the backs a CV boot may have popped off recently and ruined the pads too, The fact he has to pump the pedal to get them to work properly says to me its had a bad bleed on top of the above

I'd say pull it apart, slacken the bolts off a tad and give the engine a bit of a rock then retighten it, Hopefully it should sort it.
I need to know how much it takes anyone have any ideas on that?

Other disks work fine in the machine and in both drives, How do i change my computer to not boot from a cd?
Bearing in mind its only this disk that makes it play up any other disks in it it doesn't affect it :S
DVD player wont...
Ive a backup DVD which i cant access anymore the disk is mint and not a mark on it, It used to read now doesnt anymore and if the disks in the drive on boot the computer fails to Boot up.
Anyone know how i can get it up? Doesnt work in either drive :S

You can get a proper tester but its useless on these engines as the inlet goes over the top of the plugs

Tried pulling a lead off at a time to see which cylinders not firing? I doubt the timings out personally.
I reckon its down to a lead, Coilpack or a plug
To get the two bolts in which hold the mount in situ on the battery tray, I unbolted the ECU bracket to allow me to get my hands in, Its not even a 20 min job to change the mount lol,
Assemble it as it was sent cable tied together, Its pretty self explanitory but can be seen in the correct...
Have you had it on a diagnostics machine? It would show on there if the timing was out.
You can take them off but need to fit new ones once the're removed

TRE is simple, count how many turns it takes to remove it and wind it back on the same amount, It'l ensure your tracking is'nt miles out when you refit it. as for torque 25-30nm should suffice,
They're Nyloc nuts anyway so will have a job at coming off
