well my brother used to have a 330ci (about 80k on it) and we had a play in my 182 upto about 80mph and there was nothing in it, he wasnt catching and I wasnt pulling away, by the way they are both standard

Where on earth do you get you statistics from?, alot of people would struggle to look at a williams or a 182 and tell you its a clio, most people dont know anything about cars

Not totally in the know about the williams but correct me if im wrong, but how does a car with 32 bhp less and 15 bhp per tonne less blow away the 182? as for which is faster its the 182 as it got a higher top speed

95% of the population wont of heard of a clio 182 or a clio williams

Is this a joke, most of the magazines praise the 182 for its character, as for turning heads, get real its a clio and the only clio that turns heads is the V6 You make it sould like the williams is a supercar

the 182 books figure is about 15 secs, I think 14.5 possible but then so is 15.5!

Yes but round topgear Focus RS 1.32.2 Clio 182 1.33.8 Not much in it though and its impressive that the clio is to close to more expensive machinery

I dont doubt the RS is quicker, I notice you take the figure from Evo but no FWD hatchback gets to 100 anywhere near 14.6 secs, not even the R32, Alfa GTA, VXR, meg 225 and they all have more power than the RS Autocar get the FRS to 100 in 16.4 and the 182 in 17.0
