In terms of if it is worth it I do not know - investigations are on going. If your going to have a head done it's worth sending them to an experienced individual such as craig @ APD, not just having a crack at it with a dremel/airline tool ;)
Pick up some theory on proper headwork. Just...
Try owning a ph3 RS - your 182 will appear frugal in comparison.
If it's returning really low figures (sub 30) when pooteling around it may have a small management related fault such as a lambda or air temp sensor, but that would also effect the motorway MPG which seems fine.
I felt like one of those museum exhibits where you push the button and it reels of some info - I must have repeated myself about 100+ times - but it's all good :)
Did you say hello yourself?
Cheers Dave - it's a cup btw ;) Ollie's - and suprisingly he's not a detailing freak.
I'm pretty sure I saw a grimace from a member of the Mequiars staff when they saw the swirls on my 182
lol - we had a cup in for some work the other day that had just had its cambelt/aux belt done. He'd been charged for a full aux belt setup / tensioner! Not being mechanically minded he hadn't thought twice about it. B@stards.
ANOTHER FCS media thread I'm afraid :o
We had a great day at the show and it was great to meet lots of chaps that we know on here for the first time - Curley, Greeny172 etc, as well as catching up with Mr Burpspeed & some other traders.
Also massive thanks to everyone that helped get us there...
