any one on here own a new (think it wa 08 plate ) silver clio that had a mini digger drive into the back of it earlier today . drove past and saw one today had smashed the back window boot and bumper . bet owner was gutted .
try putting a wire from the positive part of the amp ( were the wire screws in ) and touch it onto the remote part of the amp that simulates a ignition live . if the amp then lights up you know its a fault with either the head unit or the remote lead. if it is the head unit that is it fault...
i have same problem but with driver side . think it might be the door seal that does it as i dont have a sun roof or rear windows so only really leaves door seal .
think its a common fault laguna's do it a lot when the turbo is on way out . howmany miles ago was it last serviced . if you take the black pipe of that goes from the turbo to the egr valve and have a look inside to see if it covered in oil there will be a little bit in there but if there...

its not inside the tank . as you open the bonnet at the front of the car on the right hand side there is a black tub thing with about 3-4 clear pipes coming from it . press done the little coloured bit (clip) and it will pull of easily . they are all colour coded so no worries about getting...
check that it has been serviced regularily or you may have problems with turbo and stem seals like i did . think they reccomend new oil every 6k or something like that .
they use propane injection on diesels was looking into it at one point for mine . you could also look at water injection to lower charge temps and get that little bit more outta it
i did one on a yaris i repaired cannot remember exactly but the bumper comes of easy take 15-20 mins max . think there are bolts under the rear light but that comes out easy enough and the metal lower part of the bumper is on either bolts or clips.

would love to own a v6 but cant afford the tax, servicing, running costs and it would be a bit mad for a first car . plus i wouldnt want to be drivin a 16k car third party.
i first tried quote on go compare and kwik fit and my motor quote were always cheapest so went on kwik fits website and tried quotes on there and went on motor quotes website and tried quotes on there motor quote were always cheapest .

its 52 reg'd in october with 52k on clock just having a full engine rebuild using genuine only parts and a replacement turbo. its also mapped by derv doctor to make 105 bhp without fmic and running i think it was 11 psi boost . oh a has a derv doctor d valve .if thats any help as to value
